These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you, the customer, and Accounting Made Easy CC ("", "us", "we", "our"). If you visit or purchase a place on a course at, or if you create hyperlinks to, you accept and agree to comply with the most recent version of this agreement in its entirety. When purchasing a place on a course, the agreement in force at the time of your placing the order will apply to that order and its related transactions. Any hypertext links from this agreement to text elsewhere on this site shall be deemed to form part of this agreement.

We reserve the right to amend this agreement or any parts thereof at any time and without notice. Amendments to this agreement take effect 24 hours after the agreement has been amended on our web site, and your continued use of the site implies your acceptance of the agreement as amended.

No unsolicited emails

You do not have to agree to sign up for our mailing list. You can opt-out of our mailing list, at any stage, on the website or by contacting us directly.


All fees are current at the time of going to print; however, we reserve the right to change them.

Cancellations Policy

All cancellations must be done in writing and emailed directly to Accounting Made Easy CC.

Inform us immediately if you have to re-schedule or cancel the booking so that we can inform the caterers and conference venue. The following charges apply if you cancel:

Transfer of dates & Postponements

The transfer of dates option only applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same course.

Transfers can only be made up to 3 working days prior to the course, after which point the registration is considered to be a cancellation.

Minimum Number

All public courses will only go ahead if we have at least 4 (four) delegates confirmed. Accounting Made Easy CC reserves the right to postpone courses at 3 (three) days’ notice with less than four delegates to a future date.


Please note that no learner will be permitted to attend any training course without proof of payment.

Delegate Substitution

Substitutes can be made at any time without incurring a penalty. Please inform us in writing so we can make the necessary arrangements for the new learner.

Special Meals

Please note that we do provide Halaal friendly or Kosher meals on request. Should strictly Halaal or Kosher be required, we are happy to outsource from appropriately certified caterers at an additional surcharge of R100 per person. Kosher meal at R150 per person.


If you pay by credit card, we will authorise (reserve) the amount of the order at the time of the order being placed and we will debit the card as soon as we actually start processing the order. Any subsequent cancellations will be refunded to the card.

We do not store your credit card details.

We may require further authentication on credit card payments, which we will request from you after you have submitted your payment.

If you pay directly into our bank account and need to be refunded, we will refund the amount to your nominated account.

Agreement of sale

A booking is made with us only after you have clicked on the [Pay for this booking]

An agreement of sale comes into effect when either a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank, or a bank transfer is reflected on our bank statement. We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that booking.

Please note that our website will show number of spots available for a particular course.

Using and Accessing

This site is for personal use only. You may not make use of content from this site, whether direct or derived, for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create hyperlinks to web pages as long as such links do not portray or its services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter.

This site is provided "as is", and you use this site at your own risk. Neither, its directors, employees or trainers shall be responsible for any damages or loss resulting from or relating to the use of this site or any of its content, irrespective of the cause of the damages.

We disclaim all representations and warranties including but not limited to the site and its availability, the content of the site or the accuracy thereof.

Governing law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
